Ready made boutique pieces can ONLY be exchanged if the wrong size is sent in error on our behalf. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.

JCHIC does not accept returns or exchanges on custom made items. All these items are custom made to measurements/sizing selected and specifications so they are non refundable or eligible for an exchange. Thank you for your attention to this.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.00.

Custom order processing takes an estimated 21 BUSINESS DAYS to be completed and shipped. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. If you need your custom order before then please email our shipping department for an expedited order at jenni@jchiclife.style after placing order. A rush fee and rush shipping will apply.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Once your package ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number.
All orders require a signature at the time of delivery.
